Facility Operations Management
Facility operations and maintenance aims to ensure that the built environment is ideally suited to the purpose for which it was constructed. It would typically also address the routine functioning of the building’s systems and equipment that enable it to deliver on its intended purpose.
- Operations quality procedure
Quality procedure is a performance objective by which TMG evaluates a facility’s operations. There are 5 performance focus areas: quality, speed, dependability, flexibility and cost. - Maintenance program
Our maintenance program is designed to optimise performance of both facility and related equipment during the design life / projected life-cycle, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. - Operations engineering
TMG’s focus is to ensure that your facility operates optimally through monitoring and maintaining the related heat, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems, as well as emergency power supplies through back-up generators.
